I was recently looking for adhesive vinyl pockets for a charity event and found vinylenvelope.com. I am not very familiar with finding items or ordering online so I contacted customer service when I had a question after finding the item I wanted. They were extremely helpful and very prompt getting back to me. After ordering I was contacted that although I had asked about the adhesive pockets I had ordered non-adhesive ones. My fault of course, but I was so grateful that they noticed my mistake and took the time to contact me instead of just sending the ones I ordered! That saved me a lot of time and aggrevation with returns, etc. The correct pockets were sent immediately so I did have them in time for my event and they were exactly what I wanted.
I hope all my future online adventures are as good as the one I had with vinylenvelope.com. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
