Our open ended clear layflat polyethelen bags are made from 100% virgin low density polyethylene and meet all USDA and FDA requirements. Lay flat poly bags are bulk packed in cases of 1,000 bags unless otherwise noted. Some larger sizes of our plastic bags are in smaller cases. Lay flat clear poly bags are produced in two ways including bottom sealed or side sealed depending on the size of the bag and the type of bag machine used to make the bag. A side weld poly bag is a poly film folded in half to create the height of the bag and it is sealed on the two sides to form the clear plastic bag open on one end. A bottom seal poly bag is made from an extruded poly tube in a particular width and the bottom is sealed to create the height of the clear bags.
