We reserve the right to sell to any customer who visits our site and provides payment for an order. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order for any reason. To be fair to all of our customers, we may limit the quantity of certain products that can be purchased by a single customer. vinylenvelope.com accepts order for total product value of $50 and higher not including shipping costs. As a courtesy to individuals who wish to purchase less and take advantage of our manufacturer-direct wholesale prices, orders below $50 will be accepted with a $10 small order fee to cover administrative costs. Our prices including the administrative processing costs on small orders still have a total cost less than retail. If you do not want to pay a low order fee, simply increase your order to $50 or consider buying the items from a retail store or online retail distributor.

SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
Nearly all in-stock items are shipped within 48 business hours after processing of your order. The delivery time of a ground shipment depends on your geographic location. Stock is allocated to you after your credit card is approved or check/money order payment is received. Shipping terms defined: Next-Day Air means next business day service, 2nd-Day Air means 2nd business day service.
For international shipments including Canada and Mexico, the shipping fees charged to you on vinylenvelope.com may NOT be inclusive of brokerage fees, customs charges, VAT, border taxes or any other fee related to the destination country's policy about importing. Some UPS Services do include these fees while some do not. If you are not familiar with the process of importing we strongly encourage you to visit the UPS website and understand the service you are selected and any additional fees that you may incur related to the import of your product. All orders are shipped prepaid & add per the shipping options and costs presented during checkout. We cannot ship on a freight collect account. If your order is over $1,000 or 300 lbs and you would like to ship freight collect, please send us an email with the details. Not all shipping services are available to all geographic locations. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, and Checks (via
PayPal). Your credit card is billed automatically by
PayPal on the day your order is placed. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express directly or Checks and Money Orders via mail. Because of constantly changing inventory levels, we are unable to guarantee the availability of products when payment is received or billed. We make every attempt to fill each and every order. If an item becomes unavailable, a refund will be issued in the same form that payment was received within 30 days.
CREDIT CARD FRAUD
A person placing an order using a credit card they have not been authorized to use is committing credit card fraud, and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. A customer that disputes a valid charge for delivered merchandise has committed credit card fraud, a felony, and will be subject to prosecution. All instances of fraud, including those made by valid cardholders, are reported to local and federal authorities.
BACKORDERS - PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We will notify you as quickly as possible about a back order situation. We will provide product availability information to the best of our ability.
It many not be possible to cancel part or all of an order once it has been processed. We work hard to provide fast service and orders are frequently picked, packed, and processed within 4 hours of when they are received. Please email us and let us know what you would like to cancel. If we are able to stop the processing of your before its shipment, we will refund the order cost less a 20% processing fee. If the order is already packed and processed then it cannot be cancelled. Once you receive the order you may email for an RMA following the RMA policies listed.
We try our best to keep all products in stock at all times. If we back-order part or all of your order, the back order may be cancelled at no charge is we are notified in writing prior to shipping.
