Buy clear flexible plastic press-on vinyl envelopes with a permanent adhesive back. Simply peel the pressure-sensitive backing off the release liner, and adhere your press-on envelopes to a clean, smooth surface. Don't settle for inferior products sold by other suppliers! Theirs typically have a 6-gauge front with a 4-gauge adhesive back. We use heavy 8-gauge (8 mil 0.0078) clear material on the front with a 6-gauge adhesive back on a heavy-duty lay-flat release liner to help reduce wrinkling and curling. Note: Multiple pouches per sheet are related to the size of the production die. Even though the pouches are on the same piece of release liner they can be used individually when peeled off of the paper. The adhesive must be kept clean to stick properly. If the adhesive gets covered with dirt or dust it will not stick.
