Fast Shipping on In-Stock Products

Most standard orders for in-stock products generally ship within 1–2 business days after receipt. If an item is temporarily out of stock, the shopping cart and checkout identify the affected product and display available delay information. You can still place your order, and unless you request a partial shipment, we will hold it and ship it complete when all items are available.

If your order includes an out-of-stock item, we send a separate email explaining the expected delay, in addition to the order confirmation. We provide further updates by email, including tracking information when the order ships. Delays are often shorter than initially indicated.

When Stock Sizes Don't Fit

Our stock selection is a good starting point for many applications, but it isn't the only option. Depending on the product and your requirements, we may be able to modify a standard design or develop a custom solution.

Possible options include different dimensions, opening orientations, pocket configurations, materials, colors, printing and attachment features. Availability depends on the product and application. We can help determine whether an existing product, a modified standard or a custom design is the best fit.

We also have in-house manufacturing capabilities and a library of existing tooling for certain products, which can provide additional options beyond the sizes shown in the catalog. Custom work is not always necessary simply because you need a different configuration, and pricing depends on the product and requirements.
